One of the examples in large programme coordination was to coordinate Tekes’s large-scale R&D&I programmes of more than €700 million in total volume, and to define an application-focused approach which matches the needs of development with the technology industry. We have also supported large programmes for DIMECC and FIMECC.
TEKES GREEN GROWTHDuring this five-year programme, business-driven and research-driven projects produced new, tangible future solutions and innovations in the cleantech sector in Finland. Spinverse helped in identifying potential growth areas for the sustainable economy business and took care of activating the partnering and facilitated international cooperation and increasing public awareness of the key thematic fields.
TEKES FinNanoThis was a Finnish national nanotechnology programme which studied, utilised and commercialised nanoscale systems and phenomena. Spinverse was responsible for overall coordination of the programme, facilitating vision and strategy work, built multidisciplinary and cross-industrial research collaboration, coordinated the project management and activated international cooperation.
TEKES GREEN MININGThe goal for Tekes Green Mining program was to strengthen the Finnish mineral cluster in terms of fostering eco-efficient mining technology and socially and environmentally accepted mining.Spinverse was in charge of promoting international cooperation as well as networking and bridging the gap between public and private actors. We also took care of networking of mining technology and service companies in the Nordics and facilitation of growth.
TEKES FUNCTIONAL MATERIALSThe aim of the project was to provide sustainable material solutions from Finnish research to global business. Spinverse supported the activation of partnering, facilitation of international cooperation, vision & strategy work and focusing of the programme and boosting professional communication and media visibility.
DIMECC BSASpinverse supported DIMECC in building and implementing a programme that answers to major global challenges and end-user needs in steel applications. Spinverse was facilitating the definition of programme targets and content, building the structure and consortium.
DIMECC HYBRIDSDIMECC HYBRIDS (Hybrid Materials) helped Finnish companies become more competitive in the field of knowledge-intensive multi-materials. Spinverse was responsible for facilitating the definition of programme targets and content, building the structure and consortium, and building and running the unique industry-driven Dimecc Breakthrough Materials Doctoral School.
FIMECC DEMAPPFIMECC DEMAPP was tackling critical challenges related to wear, corrosion, friction and fatigue and developing novel breakthrough materials solutions for the demanding applications in e.g. the process, energy and engineering industry. Spinverse handled the professional holistic management of the programme and had a pioneering role in building the new PPP collaboration mode in practice.
