About the project
Many industrial water streams contain fine particle contaminants, which are difficult to treat using traditional methods. Sofi Filtration develops and manufactures a self-cleaning microfiltration technology for solids removal in industrial water systems. In the project, a roadmap for a successful market segment expansion to power plant water treatment systems was planned.
Sofi Filtration was one of the two Finnish SMEs to receive funding from a highly competitive field of innovative European companies.
