She leads the people agenda and partners with the leadership to provide people the tools and support to enable them to grow and flourish in their careers.
Dijana brings with her 20 years of experience in senior leadership across multiple industries, coaching organisations to develop their organisational culture and behavior through new ways of leading and working. Before joining Spinverse, Dijana worked for a variety of companies, including Tieto, SEVEN Networks, Symbio and most recently, Wunderman Thompson’s, where she was a strong advocate for employee experience, leadership and development.
In addition to spending time with her family and her dog Elli, Dijana loves to contemplate and self-reflect, which she considers crucial skills to remind people how important it is to stop and take a moment to self-reflect - even on a busy day.
