Administrative Forms: Project Details

Instructions:

The proposal needs to have identifying features. These are:

  • Acronym: Short name with which the project will be publicly known.
  • Proposal Title: One sentence longer name that describes the key objective of the proposal.
  • Duration: How many months will the project last.
  • Free Keywords: Main topics the project proposal deals with.
  • Abstract: A short 2000 character unformatted summary of the project that describes the objectives, methodology, and relevance to the call. Public in case project gets funded, so should not contain any confidential information such as business projections.

! Note Free keywords and the abstract are used to match the correct evaluator to the project. Therefore think what are the topics the evaluator should have prior knowledge about to give the best evaluation to your proposal.
