With Spinverse, you can help our customers tackle and solve global challenges

Are you a self-starter who gets excited about growing a B2B SaaS product? Do you enjoy identifying new opportunities, closing deals and building long-term customer relationships in a dynamic, tech-driven environment? If you answered yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This role is based in Espoo, Finland, or Gothenburg, Sweden.

As our new Business Development Representative BDR, your mission is to grow customer base across the Nordics and Europe for our AI-powered tool, Spinbase. Spinbase is being used by universities, research organizations and municipalities around Europe to help organisations to automate their EU funding process. While you’ll collaborate with our consulting teams when needed, the role is primarily self-directed and autonomous, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Independently managing the full sales cycle: from proactive prospecting to closing deals
  • Qualifying and converting inbound leads into paying customers
  • Conducting product demos and tailoring them to customer needs
  • Collaborating with Spinverse’s industry teams when target groups overlap
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospects, pipeline and sales activities
  • Contributing to the development of Spinbase, and Spinverse’s broader digitalisation journey.

Who we’re looking for

We value mindset over titles. Whether you’re a seasoned BDR ready to take on more responsibility or an Account Executive with a passion for SaaS and innovation, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who is customer-centric, solution-oriented and with a can-do attitude, ready to take ownership of acquiring new Spinbase customers for Spinverse. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented and solution-focused approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An analytical and systematic mindset
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, and digital tools
  • Excellent English language skills.

What we offer

At Spinverse, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping researchers and innovators across Europe bring their ideas to life. You’ll be part of a growing SaaS and AI-focused business within a company that values innovation, autonomy and purpose. As Spinverse continues to expand its focus on digital services, particularly in SaaS and artificial intelligence, this role offers a unique chance to contribute not only to the success of Spinbase but also to our digitalization journey. You’ll work alongside a team of highly educated professionals with diverse industry backgrounds, united by a passion for driving change.

While this role is commission-based, it comes with a comprehensive benefits package including extensive healthcare, lunch benefits and well-being resources through ePassi (covering sports, culture and well-being). We offer a flexible hybrid work model and a supportive culture recognised by our Great Place to Work certification.
