Join our team to build a better world with our customers

Do you enjoy helping people grow in their careers and finding great talent? Are you excited about discovering people’s strengths, recognising their potential, and matching them with the right opportunities? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a newly formed company-wide role with location in Espoo.

As a People and Culture Specialist, your role will be built on two core pillars: recruitment and talent development, helping us attract the right people while creating opportunities for learning and upskilling within our team. The balance between hiring and development shifts throughout the year — some periods are more recruitment-focused, while other times allow for deeper work on training, mentoring, and career-growth initiatives. Additionally, the role can contribute to various people and culture topics, supporting broader initiatives that enhance our workplace and employee experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with leadership to align hiring and development with business needs.
  • Managing recruitment from start to finish—posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Creating opportunities for employees to learn from each other through mentoring, peer learning and collaboration.
  • Designing and running training programmes and learning pathways that support professional growth.
  • Utilize AI tools, multimedia software and digital platforms to create engaging, high-impact learning solutions for teams
  • Staying connected with industry trends to anticipate future skill needs and level up development programmes.
  • Developing onboarding to help new employees integrate smoothly and effectively.

What we’re looking for

Experience is important, but even more than that, we appreciate curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for helping people grow. We’re looking for someone who understands the foundations of learning and development but also takes a forward-thinking approach to both recruitment and competence development — ensuring our team continues to evolve and thrive in a changing world.

Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a role that includes learning and development as well as training tools and methodologies.
  • A practical, hands-on approach — you enjoy getting things done and can easily switch between different initiatives.
  • Strong communication and people skills — you’re great at building relationships and making meaningful connections, both inside and outside the company.
  • A future-focused mindset — you stay curious about industry trends, emerging technologies and new ways of working.

What do we offer?

As an essential member of our small but impactful People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow, evolve and support our teams in tackling complex global challenges. You’ll be part of a team where groundbreaking innovation and a commitment to positive impact are the cornerstones of our culture. While you’ll collaborate closely with our VP of People & Culture and Office Managers, your work will extend across the entire organisation — engaging with more than 100 brilliant minds dedicated to solving global challenges and driving innovation in digitalisation and sustainability.

We also offer:

  • A Great Place to Work-certified culture built on diversity and teamwork.
  • A compensation package, including base salary + performance-based bonus.
  • A range of benefits including extensive healthcare, lunch benefits and wellbeing resources through ePassi (covering sports, culture, and wellbeing).

If you’re excited about shaping the future of work at Spinverse, we’d love to hear from you!
