Swap.com provides an on-line consignment department store for pre-owned items in a cost-efficient and easy-to-use way. Items that are no longer needed are sent to Swap.com's fulfillment center where they are sorted, photographed, packed and stored.
How we reached the goals
Spinverse assisted in defining a work plan, resources and related budgets according to EU rules. We reviewed and rewrote the texts provided by the customer, supported the customer with templates, wording, procedures and systems for applying funding, and ensured that assessment criteria of the call were met.
