Tina Verolin

Tina Verolin is Senior Manager and local lead for the Swedish Health team at Spinverse, bringing more than 20 years of experience in life science innovation, project management and academic-industry collaboration. With a strong foundation in molecular biology and immunology, Tina’s expertise spans across consortium building, impact planning and driving innovative health and science projects funded by EU and national programmes.

Tina’s professional journey includes leadership roles at biotech companies such as Toleranzia AB, where she served as Program Director and COO, managing intellectual property, business development and public funding projects. She has extensive experience utilising academic discoveries, supporting researchers to establish spin-out companies and building partnerships with both academia and industry.

As Senior Manager, Tina is responsible for leading sales, marketing and business development efforts in Sweden, expanding advisory services, and developing the Swedish project portfolio in addition to everyday people management and fostering team competence as well as strategic leadership and development of best practices.

Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in Immunology and an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology from the University of Gothenburg, complemented by further training in project management, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and technology transfer (RTTP - Registered Technology Transfer Professional). 

Known for her goal-oriented and structured approach, Tina thrives on problem-solving and teamwork. She brings resilience and adaptability from her experience in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys motivating her team to achieve impactful results.
