+358 50 303 7760Tapio Lehtinen works at Spinverse as a Consultant in the Bioeconomy team.
Prior to joining Spinverse, Tapio has worked in the academic research as well as in a clinical laboratory. His research work focused on the development of microbial bioprocesses that utilize sustainable raw materials such as CO2 and lignin. Besides academic research, he also has experience from industrial scale fermentation process development.
Tapio holds a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Biotechnology from Tampere University of Technology, Finland, and a M.Sc. degree in Molecular Biology from University of Tampere, Finland.
Tapio is experienced with sustainable bioprocess development and laboratory automation, as well as with grant proposal preparation and scientific writing.
While not at work, Tapio is most likely found playing with his kids, kayaking, or baking.
