Maria joined Spinverse in 2015 and is working as a Project Manager, focusing on projects related to technology commercialisation and EU funding.

Maria holds an M.Sc. in materials engineering from Tampere University of Technology. She majored in materials and sustainable production and completed advanced studies in biomaterials and minors in industrial management and languages. Maria completed a part of her studies in University of Sheffield, UK.

Before her position at Spinverse, Maria worked in environmental service industry and management consulting. She is enthusiastic about new innovations especially regarding new sustainable materials.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys playing ultimate frisbee.
