+358 50 560 60 53Leena works as a Senior Project Manager at Spinverse, focusing on SME business development, ecosystem management and public funding. Leena has managed complex projects in constructive and passionate manner, resulting in high customer satisfaction and positive funding decisions.
Leena has over 10 years of experience from the maritime industry. She has engaged in design and consulting as well as project engineering and quality management at a shipyard. She is experienced in leading large-scale projects from sales phase to production, as well as developing operational and management processes. Leena has a M.Sc (Tech.) in Naval Architecture and Maritime Engineering and M.Sc (Econ.) in Strategy. Her expertise covers cross-disciplinary strategic management, blue economy and business development.
In her spare time, Leena has been an active part of WISTA Finland. She also enjoys crossfit, but also baking and good TV series. Travelling is her passion, and she aims to see the world whenever possible.
