New green building opportunities in China

Spinverse signed a collaboration agreement with Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Green Building Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone in Wujin district of Changzhou city in Jiangsu province, China on September 10th 2013 in Beijing.

Our Chinese partner is building value chains to cover China’s need for energy efficient buildings. This initiative provides participating companies the following opportunities:

  • Showcase their green building technologies for Chinese markets
  • Access to renewing the green building standards in China
  • Nation wide promotional support from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China
  • Budget for technology demonstrations from Finland is around 300M€ in the first stage

Spinverse will bring a consortium of Finnish green building industry to Wujin to create a permanent demonstration zone and develop China’s next generation of green building standards.
